      Hon. Sajith Premadasa,— To ask the Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs,—

      (a) Will he state—

      (i) whether a programme to recruit unemployed graduates to the public service has been implemented in the year 2012;

      (ii) if so, the procedure adopted in recruiting graduates to the public service under the aforesaid programme; and

      (iii) whether the aforesaid procedure is implemented in a manner that is fair to every unemployed graduate ?

      (b) If not, why ?
