      Hon. Sajith Premadasa,— To ask the Minister of Industry and Commerce,—

      (a) Will he inform this House—

      (i) whether there is a programme to establish factories at divisional level for the benefit of unemployed youth of this country;

      (ii) if so, of the date on which a programme to establish such factories will be launched at Divisional Secretariat level;

      (iii) the objectives of the above mentioned programme; and

      (iv) of the manner in which the aforesaid objectives are achieved ?

      (b) If not, why ?
