      Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of External Affairs,—

      (a) Will he state—

      (i) the number of Consulates appointed in Sri Lanka by the foreign countries as at to date;

      (ii) the names of the aforesaid Consulates with their countries; and

      (iii) the dates from which they are representing their countries in Sri Lanka?

      (b) Will he also state—

      (i) any benefit that has been received by Sri Lanka during the tenure of office of each Consulate separately except during the Tsunami impact on the country; and

      (ii) whether they have reported to the Sri Lankan Government on the matters they pursue in Sri Lanka?

       If not, why?
