      Hon (Mrs)  Malani Fonseka,— To ask the Minister of Telecommunication and Information Technology,—

      (a) Will he state —

      (i) the successful outcomes achieved, by restructuring the state sector;

      (ii) the successful outcomes achieved, by the development of the industry of information technology and the competition of small and medium scale enterprises;

      through the "e-Sri Lanka" development project from the year 2005 to date?

      (b) Will he inform this House —

      (i) of the international awards and the achievements, that have been received for the "e-Sri Lanka" development project;

      (ii) of the programmes that have been planned, for the future under the aforesaid project?

      (c) If not, why ?
