      Hon. Ashok Abeysinghe,— To ask the Minister of Postal Services,—

      (a) Will he inform this House—

      (i) of the number of Sub Post Masters employed on permanent basis in the Kurunegala District;

      (ii) whether the privileges enjoyed by the public servants will be granted to the Sub Post Masters too; and

      (iii) whether action will be taken to grant an extra allowance to the Sub Post Masters for the duty they carry out on Saturdays?

      (b) If not, why?
