Hon. Anura Dissanayaka,— To ask the Minister of Foreign Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether the service of any foreign company has been obtained to advice the government of Sri Lanka, the Ministry of External Affairs or any embassy during the last 5 years on building the positive image of this country in foreign countries;
(ii) if so, the name of that company;
(iii) the country to which that company belongs;
(iv) the manner through which that company was selected;
(v) the aim of obtaining the service of such a company;
(vi) the amount of money paid to that company for the above mentioned service ; and
(vii) the Head of Expenditure through which money was spent in relation to that service?
(b) If not, why?
