Hon. Noordeen Mashoor,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he state as per the district level—
(i) separately, the number of Muslim Mosques, Jumma-h Mosques, Muslim charities called Thakkiya, Zaviya, Dharga in the administrative districts of Jaffna, Killinochchi, Mullaitivu, Vavuniya and Mannar in the Northern Province, registered in the Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs and the Waqf Section by 31st October 1990 ;
(ii) their names, addresses and registered numbers;
(iii) the names and addresses of the persons who had been appointed then as the trustees of the above mentioned Muslim Mosques and Charities by the Sri Lanka Waqf Board or the Director of the Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs;
(iv) the immovable property and lands which are said to be owned by each of the above mentioned Muslim Mosques and Charities (Registered under the Muslim Mosques and Muslim Charities Trust Act, No. 51 of 1956 or the Waqf Act) ;
(v) the addresses and the rate-numbers of the places where each of the above mentioned waqf properties is situated?
(b) If not, why?
