Hon. Seyed Ali Zahir Moulana,— To ask the Minister of Education,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the names of schools in Manmunai West and Kalkudah Educational zones in Batticaloa district with teachers’ cadre and present teachers’ availability, category-wise in each school;
(ii) whether instructions be given to Provincial Director of Education, Eastern Province to transfer excess teachers in neighboring educational zones to fill the existing vacancies in order to ensure the equal right for free education of these poor rural students; and
(iii) if so, when?
(b) If not, why?
