Sealed Quotations are invited by the Secretary General of Parliament of Sri Lanka and accepted up to 2.00 p.m. on 09.12.2024 for Purchase of Hardware for Parliament Website as per the Technical Specifications provided.
To be eligible for bidding, the prospective bidder should be a registered company in Sri Lanka.
The documents related to this call of quotations which include eight (8) sections as follows are attached hereto:

4. | Section IV – CLIENLETE LIST OF VENDORS DURING PAST 3 YEARS |
5. | Section V - Quotation Submission Form |
6. | Section VI - CONTRACT AGREEMENT |
7. | Section VII - Bid Guarantee |
8. | Section VIII - Performance Security |
Accordingly, you are requested to submit your quotation with duly filled and signed following documents:
1. Technical Specifications & Price Schedules - Section III
2. Vendor’s Clientele List (Past Experience) during the past 3 years – Section IV
3. Quotation Submission Form - Section V
4. Bid Security – Section VII
5. Company Registration Certificate
6. VAT registration Certificate
7. Any other documents deemed necessary
Quotations which do not include the documents above referred to will be considered as non-responsive and shall not be accepted.
Quotations shall be sent by Registered Post addressed to the Chairman,
Procurement Committee on Purchase of Hardware for Parliament Website,
Parliament of Sri Lanka, Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte or deposited
in the Tender Box which will be placed at the security counter of the
main entrance (i.e. Jayanthipura entrance) to the Parliamentary Complex (Please ensure to put the Quotation Envelope in the correct Tender Box since there are few Tender Boxes).
Quotations
will be opened at the Parliamentary Complex immediately after the time
scheduled for closing quotations. Vendors or their authorised
representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening
of bids.
Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any or all quotations or to accept it without adducing any reason for it.
