(iii) Annual Report of the National Institute of Business Management or the year 2023

Presentation of Reports from the Committees
(i) Two Reports of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Environment, Agriculture and Resource Sustainability was presented by the Hon. Hector Appuhamy, Member of Parliament, the Chair of the Committee.
(ii) The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Governance, Justice and Civil Protection was presented by the Hon. (Mrs.) Thushari Jayasingha, Attorney at Law, member of the Committee on behalf of the Chair of the Committee.

Hon. Minister of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs replied to the above Question.
Privilege
The Privilege motion that the question of privilege arising out of the matter raised by the Hon. (Dr.) Nishantha Samaraweera, M.P. on 13th November, 2025 in Parliament to the effect that his privileges have been infringed, moved by the Hon. Leader of the House of Parliament, was referred to the Committee on Ethics and Privileges in terms of the provisions of Standing Order 118 of the Parliament.

The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1900 Hrs. until 0900 Hrs. on Tuesday 18th November 2025.
