Hon. M. Joseph Michael Perera,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Will he state in this House —
(i) the number of advisors who have been recruited to the Bank of Ceylon during the period from January 2nd, 2009 to December 31st , 2010;
(ii) whether the approval of the Ministry of Finance and Planning has been obtained to recruit advisors as mentioned above ;
(iii) the qualifications relevant to the recruitment of persons to the post of advisor ;
(iv) the monthly salary, allowances and other facilities provided to a person who has been recruited to the post of advisor ; and
(v) the names and addresses of the advisors who have been recruited as mentioned above?
(b) If not, why ?
