Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he state separately, in relation to each year during the period from the year 2009 to 2011—
(i) the total amount of money spent on conducting the Perahera of the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy;
(ii) the amount of money spent on Kandy Perahera out of the funds of the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic;
(iii) the amount of money received as donations from the government institutions for the aforesaid purpose;
(iv) the names of the government institutions which donated money and the amount of money donated by each of those institutions;
(v) the amount of money received from the institutions of the private sector; and
(vi) the names of the private sector institutions that donated money and the amount of money donated by each of those institutions ?
(b) If not, why?
