Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,— To ask the Minister of Livestock and Rural Community Development,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the number of posts of Investigation Officer in the approved cadre of the MILCO (Pvt.) Limited;
(ii) separately, the name, address, date of recruitment, age as at the date of recruitment and educational and professional qualifications of each investigation officer recruited to the institution from May 2010 up to date;
(iii) whether applications called by means of a public notice, were considered when recruiting them; and
(iv) if not, the procedure followed in making the aforesaid appointments ?
(b) Will he also state in relation to the period from the date of recruitment to 29th February 2012;
(i) the salaries and allowances, transport and subsistence allowances, food, bonus and other allowances paid to each Investigation Officer in each month separately;
(ii) whether certified copies of all the investigation reports complied by those officers will be submitted;
(iii) whether Investigation Officers have been dismissed; and
(iv) separately, the names of the officers who were dismissed along with the dates on which they were dismissed and the reasons for dismissal ?
(c) If not, why ?
