Hon. Victor Antony,— To ask the Minister of Technology and Research,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) separately, of the special functions carried out by the National Research Council, National Science Foundation, Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment and National Science and Technology Commission during the period from year 2005 to date;
(ii) separately, of the outcome achieved through the activities of each of the aforesaid institutes;
(iii) of the significant programmes implemented by the Sri Lanka Inventors Commission during the aforesaid period;
(iv) of the benefits achieved through the aforesaid programmes; and
(v) of the services that are expected to be offered by the Ministry in future?
(b) If not, why?
