Hon. (Dr.) Nalinda Jayathissa ,—To ask the Minister of Ports and Shipping,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether an agreement has been signed between Sri Lanka Ports Authority and Sea Gulf Shipyard (Pvt) Company to lease out the premises of Galle Port ;
(ii) if so, the date on which the aforesaid agreement was signed;
(iii) whether the aforesaid agreement is operative to date;
(iv) if not, the reasons for it; and
(v) whether the aforesaid agreement will be tabled in this House?
(b) If not, why ?
