Hon. M.H.M Salman,—To ask the Minister of Housing and Construction,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of houses in Mohideenwatta Housing Scheme that is situated in the land of Housing Development Authority, in Galle Kadawath Sathara Divisional Secretariat Division;
(ii) of the names and the addresses of the individuals who have been identified as the present residents of aforesaid houses; and
(iii) of the names of the original owners of aforesaid houses?
(b) Will he also inform this House—
(i) of the extent of the land that was acquired by the Housing Development Authority for aforesaid Housing Scheme;
(ii) of the names and the addresses of the individual/individuals who were identified as the owner/owners, at the time when the land was acquired;
(iii) whether a copy of the gazette notification on the state acquisition of aforesaid land, will be tabled;
(iv) whether compensations were granted when the land was acquired, in those days;
(v) if so, of the amount of compensation granted; and
(vi) of the names of the individuals who received compensations?
(c) If not, why?
