Hon. Noordeen Mashoor,— To ask the Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs,—
(a) Will he state separately at district level—
(i) the number of Registrars of Muslim marriages who had been appointed to register the marriages of Muslim people who belong to the Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mulativ, Vavuniya and Mannar administrative districts in the Northern province as at 31st October 1990;
(ii) their names and addresses; and
(iii) the division or the area of the Registrar of Muslim Marriages for which each of them was appointed under the Muslim Marriage and Divorce act at the time of appointment?
(b) If not, why?
