The Catering Accounts Section is responsible for the costing of expenses of food & beverages and the collection of revenue.

Other Functions of the Catering Accounts office

  • Preparation of estimates for food & beverage and monitoring of monthly expenditure.
  •  Checking of daily returns sent by  each restaurant.
  • Cost control and preparation of monthly catering accounts and statements.
  • Maintenance of ledgers for cash receipts of restaurants and preparation of accounts.
  • Control of outright purchases & monitoring wastages in Catering section.
  • Recovery of meal charges from Members of Parliament , Staff of Parliament and other outside institutions.
